I bought a 32 oz. bottle of Wedding Bouquet (the same Sharon - SugarShack uses) last year and have almost a half bottle left, I was wondering if it's still good? I don't see an exp. date on the label and it still smells yummy, the color is just a little different. It's almost like a clear yellow.

Anyone know? I just don't want to use it if it's spoiled, but I don't want to throw it out if it's not!

Thanks!

If it is alcohol based, it should never go bad. Like Extracts lemon-almond, they have mostly alcohol. Loos on the ingredients see if it has alcohol.

Flavorings will definitely last longer if you store them inside a dark cabinet, instead of out on the counter or on a shelf in bright light. That's why many are available only in dark containers.

Thanks for the replies. It does have alcohol and I do keep it stored in a dark cabinet.....so it should be fine?
