Is heavy whipping cream the same as heavy cream? I'm trying to make Chocolate Truffle Filling/Frosting right this second, but I'm not sure about the heavy cream. Any help?
As far as I've ever heard, yes, yes, it is the same thing.

there's a slight difference in the percentage of fat, but they can be used interchangeably. I use heavy cream for everything.
