Ok, I have had a request for a cake and I am having a little trouble thinking of how to combine this. It is for twins, one of them is a doctor and the other one is really into photography. They want to combine the two theme's one cake...does anyone have any ideas?? I was kinda thinking two tiers and doing a theme on each tier??
