I'm just wondering if the is anyway to make my white rtr fondant, whiter. I know it is white. The packet says it is white and against other colors it is white, but i'm about to make my first wedding cake and i'm afraid that against the brides white dress the fondant on the cake is going to look slightly yellowed...

Has anyone else has this issue? What are some solutions.

I got a copy of a recipe from my cake decor instructor, and it is white/white - the color of PS, and easy to make. It is not MMF. I will check tonight at home and try to remember to send it to you.

Wow, I guess I never thought of it being off white. Good that your double checking on this. Im anxious to hear other reply on this.
