I've made a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing decorated with basket weaving on sides in cream cheese. My intention was to make this a flower basket. So, I've made flowers with MMF and allowed them to dry. Can I place these on my cream cheese covered cake the day before and refrigerate it? Will my flowers hold up? The party is tomorrow. Thanks!

I would not refridgerate fondant it will sweat when you take it out of the fridge and can soften the flowers.

Definitely do not refrigerate fondant! It will wilt and all of your flowers will fall flat icon_sad.gif Can you wait to put them on at the last possible minute?

If they are dry I would just wait until they pick up or you deliver the cake.. why refrigerate?

I haven't really had a problem refrigerating my flowers. I've never even had a problem refrigerating fondant cakes at all. I would suggest you just add the flowers a few minutes before they pick it up.
