Can someone tell me how this system works? I have an order for two tiered wedding cakes, and I am looking for the best way to stack these tiers, keeping in mind that they also have to be transported.
I was thinking about taking them separate, and then putting them together at the venue. But I need a good stacking system. One cake is 5 tiers, the other is 3. Being a wedding cake I DO NOT want them to crumble under the pressure of the other cakes.
