My sister-in-law asked me to make a carrot cake for her sister's babyshower this Saturday. Does anybody have a yummy recipe for creamcheese frosting that crusts so that I can make it smooth with a viva papertowel and decorate it?

Edna has a really good recipe. I tried it last week and I just want to leave regular buttercream now. It's that good!
