I like to look at clip art for cookie inspiration. This morning I saw some beautiful, colorful photos of toucans, so I browsed around for a cutter.

There's a listing on ebay for a toucan cutter, the funny thing is that they also showed a photo of it turned around, and I realized that I have the cutter! It came in a group lot of cutters from ebay and I thought it was a seahorse.

I really would have felt like a dummy if I bought it again -- just another reminder to look at our cutters in different ways!

Wow, that's kinda funny! Be sure to post pictures of your finished cookies...they look like they'd be interesting.

Here's a pic that shows the very colorful beak:

Can you please tell me where you found this seahorse cookie cutter, I have looked high and low for one with smooth edges but have not yet. I know the alternative is to just smooth the edges out but if I can find one like this i'd prefer it.  I need it so I can make Toucan cookies for a friends baby shower.

That could also be an otter!

I love cookie cutters. You can do just about a billion things with just one.
