I am making a graduation cake for June 7th. We are in Indiana and not sure what the temp will be like outside. You never know with the weather in Indiana. It could be 90 degrees or snowing on that day. You never know. So, my friend is having the graduation party outside and wanted to know if it is hot outside if the marshmallow fondant will hold up ok. I have never had a MMF cake outside in the heat so I don't know what to tell her. I did tell her that if she keeps it in the shade she should be ok.

Any advice on what I should tell her?
