I want to start covering my cakes with fondant. I'm going to start with mmf. Which mmf recipe on this site is not real sweet?

Unfortunately, since the main ingredients of MMF (no matter which recipe) are marshmallows and powdered sugar, there really is no way to make it NOT sweet.

I got soooooo sick of that sickly, yes sickly sweet taste of MMF, so I now use MFF (Michele Foster) and Satin Ice at times. I mean, they all have sugar as their base and main ingredient, but no marshmallows, so I guess it cuts the sweetness. MFF is sooooo good. So good.

I've found that if I add 1 Tbsp. of lemon Juice to the melted marshmallows it comes out not so sweet, I also add 1 Tbsp of almond extract.
