I bought a set of wilton colors and find they are drying out alarmingly quickly. Can you tell me if the Americolors will last longer?

I don't know about americolor but chefmaster liqua gel should. They are concentrated so you don't have to use as much as you do with other colors and you don't have to wait for the colors to intensify. You can get red and black immediately with no bitter taste.
