I would really like to get baking today and I am going to make Darn Good Chocolate cake. Problem is is that I need 3 boxes of dark chocolate instant pudding but I only have one dark fudge, one chocolate, and one white chocolate (didn't think ahead in the store icon_rolleyes.gif ). Can I mix these together and add some dark chocolate cocoa to make it more chocolatey? If so, how much cocoa should I use? Thanks!!

Well I hope I'm not too late so you didn't get any baking done.
Yes, of course you can mix those together. As you alluded it won't be as chocolatey so adding some cocoa would bust up the taste. I'd guess maybe 1/4C and then a generous pinch of baking soda.
