I am pretty new to working with fondant, I am making a daisy cake and the daisies are made out of fondant. I would like the middles to 3-d so I would like to make them with buttercream. Is that possible, or once the bc crusts will it fall off on me? I hope someone can help and that I made myself clear. Thanks.

Hi, I made daisies few weeks ago. I made them with CMC added to fondant. And used just fondant to make the middle of it. So not sure about using bc. If you want to have a look at the cake, its the wedding cake dummy in my photos.
