I have uploaded the color chart for Satin Ice Fondant to make custom colors. I had mentioned it in response to a question about how to get/make certain colors in the Disaster forum and thought maybe it would help others who are trying to match colors!
Using the proportion guide, you can make your own base colors and mix custom colors of MMF or any fondant.
