hi all, new here, new also the world of cake making..
I have a ? i will be doing a 3 tiered cake (14, 12 and 10 inch)
should i bake 2 -14 inch cakes, 2- 12 in cakes etc...? then layer and fill? or is one cake enough for each tier? please advise..thanks...this is for a small wedding..thank you.
first of all, welcome to CC!!
second, what did your customer order? if they ordered tiers with fillings, you may need to make two of each size. Most wedding cakes are about 4" high.
