Hi everyone,

I have a question for you all.... I have no idea how to figure out servings for a topsy turvy cake. Most serving charts are based on 2 layer cakes. Can someone please tell me how you figure out servings? Also, do you charge for the cake that is carved away or do you simply charge for the final product?
