Can I put a fondant covered cake that has been airbrushed in the refrigerator?
Also if I use evaporated milk for pudding do I have to refrigerate it?

No - you shouldn't put fondant in the fridge. When you take it out again, the fondant will "sweat" and the condensation will cause pock marks in your fondant. Yucky.

I don't know about the evaporated milk, but I'm guessing you wouldn't need to refrigerate it.

ya that thing will look like a hot mess when the condensation causes the airbrush color to run
