so i tried th stabilized whipped cream but mine isn't thick and it's yellow. what am I doing wrong and how can i get it white>....any suggestions. please email me

I need to know what recipe you are using first to try and troubleshoot your problem, but it sounds like you are over whipping your cream. If you over whip heavy cream, you get butter, which is why its yellowish.
Whip to soft peaks, and then add your sugar/whatever else to stabilize.
