hi.

i always use IndyDebi's buttercream...because it is the best! I usually make it the day before I need it....but I would like to make it tonight although I am not assembling the cake until Saturday. Is that okay to do????? How long is this recipe good for seeing as it has milk in it?

I ALWAYS have a container on hand .... I keep it for days.

oh, thanks indydebi!!!! I'm so glad. I'll get right to it then! The cake is being assembled saturday, delivered Sunday....I'm so glad I can make this ahead of time. icon_smile.gif

I never refrigerate my icing or my cakes.
