Ok members I need your help.

I need to order Merckens candy coatings in bulk but not sure how much I need. My client is asking me to quote a price for making 300 yellow roses packaged in boxes.

Using this mold, how many roses do you think I could make with 10lbs of yellow candy coatings.?

Can anyone help me determine how many pounds of candy coats/melts I will need to make 300 roses?

I can't get the picture to show. Two ounces of choco measures approximately 2inches by one inch by one inch--so there's eight of those to a pound of course--does that help?
