I have to make at least 80 mini or medium star shape cake. My question is what size cake pan should I use to get the most out of them? Also which one will do the best, a star shaped cookie cutter or a fondant cutter? I have to have this done by this Saturday.

Thanks in Advance

I would use a cookie cutter. I have several in different sizes and they do great on cutting cakes as well. I would probably do a 1/4 sheetcake. It depends on how large you will do them but I say 1/4 just becuase it seems to bake up better for me than the larger ones. If you can do a larger one that's great so you can make sure they are all the same height.
