I have a recipe that calls for buttermilk, but haven't got any. Could I just use regular milk?
I think if you add 1 tsp of vinegar to regular milk it makes the equivilant of buttermilk.
add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar to make 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 15 minutes then use
