I am searching for a raspberry lemon filling recipe. Does anyone have one to share? Does such a thing exist?
I make a lot of my fillings from puddings and jelly. I don't have the time nor the volume of cake orders to make (big) batches of scratch fillings. I would fold in some warmed SEEDLESS reaspberry jam to a batch of instant made lemon pudding. Give it a whirl. If you don't like it, you're only out a couple bucks.
I agree with Debbie, experiment a little with puddings, pie fillings and jams!
