I have never made a TT cake and would like to know how and where you learn to do the construction part. You cut pipe, pvc pieces on angles, how do you estimate your measurements and do I need my own work shop like Charm City Cakes to do this kind of construction?

Thanks again for your help!

Welcome to CC pastry164!

There is a very nice tutorial on topsy turvy construction at the begining of the "How do I" forum.
and don't fret You don't need a work shop just a lot of patience. HTH icon_biggrin.gif
