I am making my sisters wedding cake. I am so worried about the whole thing. I have made cakes before but never on this scale. I am totally clueless. It's going to square, four tiers, with one being fake and 2 tiers are going to be tilted. If any one has any advice please I want this to just wow her.

My only advise, if you've never done a topsy turvy cake before, do a practice one - or more! - now, so that you are confident w/ what you are doing when it comes to your sisters cake!

Can you attach a sketch of the cake? So that we can take a look at it? I'm sure that you'll do a great job!!

Thank you for all those forums. I just hope I can get over being nervous.
