I've seen a cake on the Dean and Deluca website and can't figure it out. It is a cake that looks like it is wrapped in chocolate. Not sure if it is a chocolate clay or actually chocolate- maybe like a transfer. It goes above the top of the cake. It is the cherry blossom cake on the site if you've looked at their cakes. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

I checked the cake out. It's a chocolate collar.

There is a video on the home page here about how to do chocolate ribbons, maybe that will help you.
