Ok CC, I'm starting to get nervous about my graduation cake for next week in New Orleans . I was wondering if I should add Pudding to my cake mixes to make it a little more sturdy or should I just leave it plain. I am usinig D.H. cake mixes yellow and chocolate, but I just thought about this -should I add the num of pudding to the cake mixes or just 1 pudding per batch, the cake sizes are Hexagon 9,12,and 15 the num of people I will be serving will be 100. I was planning on baking Wednesday, filling an icing with chocolate buttercream thursday and possibly putting the fondant on because I will be leaving Friday, I would REALLY APPRECIATE ALL your feedback before next wednesday icon_biggrin.gif THANKS......

"IF" you use a pudding mix, 1 box cake mix to 1 pudding mix. I don't think you will need it personally. If you want to add moisture, use a flavorful simple syrup.

i love the extender recipe to use with DH, it makes the cake moist.
