Lactose Intolerant?

Hi all,
I've been asked to do an anniversary Cookie bouquet. Customer's wife is lactose intolerant and he asked me to use Nucoa which is a non-dairy butter. Has anyone baked with this before? Just wondering if I can do a straight substitute.
