Hi Ive been trying to make trial and error cupcakes, my chocolate sponge comes out really well, but my vanilla sponge always takes a little too dry and not moist! Do you have a good recipe!?? or tips?!?

what recipe do you use. i love a victoria sponge recipe, you will find it on the bbc food website.

I normally use Nigella's recipe for sponge, so i was expecting them to turn out quite good!!
