i have an order that includes some peaches & cream cupcakes. they will have a BC swirl on top (white) but i would like to put something on top to indicate the flavor. i'm afraid a peach slice would slide off. any other ideas?

The first thing that came to mind was maybe a peach colored flower. ???? Maybe, maybe not. Just a thought. Good Luck, they sound YUMMY!

You can roll little champagne colored balls of fondant, run a toothpick along one side to make that crease that peaches have. poke a stem dent in one end (this will all be easier if you have gumpaste tools.) dust with orange petal dust mostly on one side...maybe attach a tiny gumpaste leaf.

The problem is, lots of things you do may end up being mistaken for an orange. Good luck. Let us know what you end up doing.

Aren't there some peach gummies? I'm sure you can find them at a candy store or something.

yeah, i thought about using those peach gummies. tough though because it's a graduation party and EVERYTHING is red and white. i'm stumped. i'm thinking just some red glitter and make cards for each flavor of cupcake.

i got the recipe from the "cake mix doctor" cook book. there are some wonderful recipes in there!
