has anyone used instant Sugar Free White Chocolate pudding in this recipe ?
I want a truely white cake and I know using Vanilla instant pudding gives it a yellow hue. I can only find sugar free white chocolate.. wondering if it effects the taste?
Here is a forum post I remembered reading, where Macsmom says she prefers sugar-free.

Yeah!! I did it.
Has no affect on the taste at all. I've had to use the sugar-free stuff myself a few times and had no issues. And white chocolate pudding makes for a really good flavor in white cakes (I think, anyway). HTH
