I know that you can half the NFSC recipe with no problem. What I wanted to know is can I cut it in half again? Er, cut it down to 1/4 of a recipe? When you have half it it requires 1 egg, no problem. But to cut it in half again (1/4) how would you do the egg? Scramble the egg in a bowl then add half of the scambled egg? or just add a whole egg? DH says scramble the egg up in bowl and the add half the egg, but I say use the whole egg. What would you all do?

According to baking911.com
If the divided recipe calls for less than 1 large egg, in order to get "half", beat the egg so the yolk and white are well mixed, let the bubbles settle, and measure two tablespoons.
