Hello fabulous cake decorators,
I have two questions.
a) I wanted to check if you guys have any yummy recipe for mocha buttercream to be used as a filling between cake layers for a wedding cake(plain vanilla cake)
b) It will be a 3 tier stacked cake.all round tiers.6,10 and 14".I was wondering ,if it will be a good idea to put foam core board in between the tiers and ice it with the cake? DO you think it will be easy to drive a long dowel through all 3 tiers after I put foam core board,at the bottom of each tier?
I hope it is clear as mud haha.
any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
