Pudding-Like Filling With Bananas?????

I have a request for a marble cake with pudding-like filling with banana chunks. is that possible??!!?! would the bananas turn brown? any recipe ideas cause I've never made my own filling!!! All tips are very much appreciated!!!

If you dust the banana slices with crystalline Vitamin C/Ascorbic Acid such as Fruit Fresh they won't turn brown:
(Can also crush Vitamin C tablets.)

Or you can dip the banana slices in an acidic fruit juice such as lemon or pineapple:

JanH-Wow! thanks for the tips. you told me exactly what i was looking for! I'm gonna try the lemon juice on the banana slices and the banana pudding filling. problem solved! thanks!

i forgot to ask.... will it have to be refrigerated? I'll have to make the cake the day before and i really dont think it'll fit in my frig... actually i know it wont fit!) so would it be ok left out?
