Hi everyone. I have had a request for a 3-D stand up cat cake. Normally I make my 3-D cakes with pound cake because it is dense and holds up. This customer wants chocolate cake. Does anyone have a recipe for a chocolate pound cake or other dense chocolate cake that will hold up in a 3-D stand up pan? I am planning to use a stand up Pooh pan for this project. Thanks!!
