I will be icing and decorating a cake on Wednesday night with stabilized whipping cream frosting. How far in advance can I make the frosting without it going bad or breaking down? Can I make it on Sunday or Monday?
How long can a cake with this frosting be left out of the fridge? I will deliver it to our high school at 7:30 AM and they will eat it around 10:00 AM. Do I need to advise them to put the cake in the fridge? Thanks for any kind of help!!
Whipped cream....I would say it needs to be in fridge. Never used it, but here's a bump.
