If I made ganache using 500 g of chocolate and 250 mL of cream, how much will it make in terms of cups?

Do you guys know how to figure out how much a recipe makes based on its ingredients (in terms of cups, uncooked if cake batter)? I'm trying to figure out pricing.

Thanks!

Here's a converter:

And I just guestimate on recipes. It's 8 cups for a box mix plus extender and I go with that amount for recipes. I've never really measured my specific recipes in cups I just know how much fits in which pan. I err on the side of having more than I need so that works out for me being an occasional baker at this point.

Each cup of flour (in the recipe) represents maybe like two & a half cups of batter give or take.
