I tried to make a Topsy Turvy cake. And the best I can tell, my cake is too soft to stack 3 tiers high. Anyway, the end that was supposed to be high sank until I had a flat top. IT"S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE FLAT! If this makes any sence to anyone please advise... Thanks. icon_cry.gif

Did you have enough support inside of each tier to keep it from collapsing?

alexandrabill, I've so been there! Last Sunday as a matter of fact. It was ugly - me and the cake!! It was a topsy turvy too but the fondant was my problem, not the topsy turvy. That was my second topsy turvy and mine aren't dramatic enough. I guess I need to push the envelope and go more drastic. On mine, you can't really tell if I was trying to make it look that way or it was an accident. I guess it'll just take practice.
