I have a cake for this weekend and I have no idea what to charge. It will be a Topsy Turvy cake. Two tiers bottom 8 inch with 3 layers top 6 inch w three layers (not even sure how many servings that is). Filled with ganache and whipped raspberry filling. I will cover them in buttercream with fondant accents with gumpaste bow. I will also be delivering this cake myself. Here is a sketch. TIA!

I would charge $150 for that, it is crazy how much cake will be and all time you making it, fondant and ganache and whipped cream, can add more to your ingredients cost. Good luck
