Need Help With A Measurment..having A Brain Lapse!

The recipe I have for MMF calls for 16oz bag of MM. Well two things 1:I'm in Canada nad our bags come in grams....2: I have a huge bag! So what the best way to measure out 16oz of MM....how many cups would that be?

16 oz=1 lb
1lb=454 grams

oops! That was suppose to read, 453.60. I'm sure you knew that already. I thought I'd better correct that should someone get confused that happens upon it.
