How long do premade buttercream roses and decorations last air dried?
Do they become to hard to eat on a cake if made too far in advance?
I put in a search for buttercream decorations and nothing came up.

Weeks.

Once they are air dried, I've put some in the freezer and they keep forever. (but I DO let them air dry first).

OH, thank you. I have to make alot of decorations ahead of time to take to my daughters 5 hours away. All I have is my fridge so no extra room to freeze them before hand. It going to take alot of time to make them since I'm really new to decorating. Thank you so much icon_wink.gif
