I am looking for a Raspberry Mousse filling recipe that can site out at room temp.. Is there such a thing? Seems it all has dairy in it and I truly am scared to leave it out over 24 hours....
I use rasberry preserves mixed with BC icing and it gets alot of raves.
You can use bettercream and add raspberry jam to it.
Thanks You Everyone, what I did was use bettercream and white choc. pudding mix and flavoring and it rocks!!!!!!!!!
I will next time try the BC with Pres. in it, that also sounds so good!
