I use a mixture of fondant and gumpaste. All gumpaste dries too quickly, and all fondant isn't strong and flexible enough. I usually use about half and half.

I use a white chocolate fondant to cover my cakes...and I also use this to make my drapes and swags.... trust me on this, they are paper thin and so pretty. If you look in my photos you'll see icon_smile.gif I love using this...it tastes fantastic and is so strong from the chocolate in it. Questions? Feel free to e-mail
