Hey Guys, is there anyone out there that has had problems with the DH yellow cake mix??? Several times, I have used the yellow mix and I think that they changed the formula or something is just not right about it. When I baked cupcakes several times they actually shrunk after baking, didn't rise properly and had lots of bubbles and they taste different too. I made a complaint to the DH company because I have been using it for the past 14 years and never had a problem until recently. I know it's not me or my oven. Just wondering if anyone else was having this trouble.
The two times that I've had cakes sink in the middle, they were both DH.
I read here on CC (after my sinkers) that adding a tsp. of baking powder to the batter will alleviate the problem...haven't tried it yet.
