yea i start tonight, my son's fiance didn't see on the list to take butter cream, i thought we did, can anyone tell me i have to make it today. Do we make anything in class one

The very first day we didn't take anything but the kit, pen and paper. You will then find out what you really need on top of everything else in your kit. It's so much fun!

If I am remembering correctly the instructor made a batch of buttercream for us to see how it was made.

First Class, pen and paper, the instructor will let you know what to bring for the nest class...including how to make the butter cream
