Hi everyone!! Just wondering if anyone out there, from Pennsylvania, rents commercial kitchen space / time and what the average rate would be. I am drawing up some letters to local kitchens, which I would like to be fair and competitive in my rent but I have no clue where to start!!!!
I'm at an intersection.... trying to figure out the pros and cons of building on a small kitchen to my home (since I have a dog, which she isn't going anywhere!!) vs. renting kitchen time in a commercial kitchen.
Any PA bakers out there renting???
