I tried ganache for the first time today I made it this morning. Just finished cooling the cakes and checked it.... Its still very very runny... I dont know what I did wrong I may have added too much cream, how can I fix it now???
Please help this cake was for tonight!!! and Id hate to go back to buttercream!!
how much cream did you add? I do 1/2 and 1/2...8oz chocolate to 1 cup (8oz) cream
You can pop it in the fridge/freezer for a few minutes at a time. Take it out and stir to check for what consistency you are looking for.
