I just finished 4 First Communion cakes. It is First Communion around here and I get alot of cake orders at this time! Next week is 8.

Woo hoo! Done with buttercream... need to make a frog's head out of RKT and then on to fondanting... all of them ('cept the 3 tier wedding)

One wedding cake and one poker cake DONE. One more wedding and 6 parties to go...

Petit Fours done, assistant is working on the jungle cake. heading out to deliver the first wedding then back for sea theme, growler, second wedding, and 8 theme grad cake..... I can't wait for 5:00... nap time! (and the kid is out of town so after nap time is party time )
