I've just wondering how big are these pastry tips? I think their open star tip bigger than the tip#1M from Wilton.

Tip 1m works fine for most people for a perfect swirl. I actually have the 2 tips on the right in the picture and they Are Ateco 806, & 827. Not sure about the other 2. HTH

1M works great for me. The real trick is using a good stiff buttercream. I tried Indydebi's buttercream about a year ago, and it has been absolutely perfect.
