I want to make a small goat figure for a cake for tomorrow (sudden inspiration) and I don't have any fondant. If I add enough powdered sugar to buttercream icing will it mold into a shape for me?

I don't see why not, you make flowers with BC that hold their shape, why not animals.

It would end up being rolled butter cream. I don't see an issue.
